What makes Meadowlark so special is our volunteer community! Our volunteers keep things running smoothly, helping with everything from setting up the festival to parking and merchandising in exchange for free general admission on the day of their shift(s). To apply as a volunteer, use this form to tell us a little more about yourself and which role you’re interested in. We would love to have you on our team this September!
Opportunities include:
Parking helper: help attendees park the right area, park safely, and know where they need to go. Hip safety vest and walkie-talkie included!
Merch sales: help our performers sell their beautiful merchandise from the merch tent using our easy Square point-of-sale system.
Beautification & groundskeeping: help us keep the grounds of Stone Ridge Orchard pristine by removing trash and recycling.
Entry & ticketing: welcome and check in attendees, check IDs, apply bracelets, and direct them to where they need to go.
EMS: do you have first aid, EMT, or emergency room experience? We’d love to hear from you.
Setup & tear-down: help us get things set up and broken down in the days immediately before and after the main weekend event (Sept 11-13th and 16th). Free admission on any day of your choice.
